- Photo 3 X 4,
- Example of Company Logo,
- Company Profile

3. Send with eMail to AOSI Secretary General Address: sroestam@gmail.com or rus@infolinux.co.id

4. Membership Dues :
- Company Member : First Year Rp. 1.000.000, next year Rp. 350.000
- NGO Member : Rp. 350.000 per year
